	Okay so here's the low down. I'm not a well boy. Sorry, get a life. First, my back and hip conditions will not get better no matter what. I'm seeing a counselor for mental and emotional unbalances. Finally, Katrina (selfish, lying whore) broke up with me. I'm starting to want to do things again, but if you wish to initialize contact my screennames are TemperedHand, and DarthKrautX.

hey matt, hope practice wasn't too bad hehe. sorry i missed ya, but i was out of town (and still am! >_<). so the hip is still bothering you? that sucks... it's like my darn ankle... it just doesn't heal. my mom said i might have pinched a nerve or something in it, but who knows. i don't really plan on seeing a doctor about it either. how you feel better and can come practice a bit sometime. maybe we can do some tai chi?
